Shipping Policy

Once orders have been shipped, they cannot be changed or canceled. Customers have 1 hour to change or cancel their order(s).

Processing time: Orders are processed in 1-2 days.

Shipping time: All orders are shipped using USPS.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days*

TariNana Boutique defense items are intended for the use of people 18 years or older. Compliance to local, state, and federal laws is the sole responsibility of the customer purchasing.

Pepper Spray Policy: Our pepper sprays are not allowed to be shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Washington D.C, nor international regions.

Stun Gun Policy: Our stun guns will only be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico. Stun guns are not allowed to be shipped to: Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, nor Wisconsin.

Pepper Spray Policy: According to shipping restrictions of certain states, we will not ship our pepper sprays to: Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Washington D.C, nor international regions.

Stun Gun Policy: Our stun guns will only be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico. Due to regulations, stun guns are not allowed to be shipped to: Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Rhode Island, nor Wisconsin.

TariNana Boutique is not responsible for any of the following:

Lost packages marked as “Delivered.” Please file a claim with USPS directly if any of your packages happen to be lost.
Stolen packages. Please file a claim with USPS directly if any of your packages happen to be stolen.
Custom fees for out of country orders.

Any orders that are sent back to the TariNana Boutique due to an insufficient address will be canceled and refunded. If the buyer would like for the order to be re-shipped instead of canceled & refunded, there will be a $5 re-shipment fee.
